Job Title: Restoration Technician

Position Overview:
We are looking for motivated, dependable Restoration Technicians to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work hands-on in residential and commercial properties to perform water extraction, drying, mold remediation, fire damage cleanup, and general restoration services. We provide training, so if you’re hardworking and eager to learn, this could be a great fit.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to water, fire, storm, and mold damage calls promptly and professionally
- Set up and monitor drying, dehumidifying, and cleaning equipment
- Perform demolition, cleaning, and restoration tasks as directed
- Assist homeowners with care and compassion during stressful situations
- Maintain equipment and vehicles in clean, working condition
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency jobs (nights/weekends as needed)
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings/weekends
- Previous restoration, construction, or cleaning experience a plus (but not required—training provided)
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work as part of a team
